After a number of years of being runners up, we finally achieved the accolade for our project – The Grand Assembly, Marlow; being awarded as winners of the Fit-Out Project of The Year – Hospitality at the Park Plaza London Riverbank on Thursday 11th September. The Fit-Out Awards 2025 are an annual UK event which are held to celebrate world-class fit-out projects and the talent behind them, whilst recognizing excellence in the UK’s fit-out industry.

“The judges recognised this entry for its thoughtful integration of local character and historical context. The blend of eras, expressed through bold ceiling contrasts, striking lighting, and layered materials delivers an eclectic yet refined aesthetic. This showcases a creative, story-driven approach that respects the past while embracing the present.”

As you can see from both Glenn & Gregg’s faces they were ecstatic to receive this honour on behalf of KDPA however we would like to thank all those involved in the development of this site namely our client Gavin Waite, Richard Wyatt & Stephen Davies, Carter Lauren Construction Ltd, Steve Thompson, C&T Electrical, John Stark, JD Heating Plumbing & Mechanical Services Ltd, TJ Sangha, Neil Price, OSE Consulting Limited, Nigel Kitley, Oakwood Joinery, CAROLINE TAHIR & Karl Tahir, Optime Lighting Ltd, Mark Butson & Jacquie Yeates, Inn Gear Ltd, Simon & Sarah Whitehead, Studio2c, Paul Whitney, Target Furniture, John Mean, Technical Signs, John Costa, BLUESTONE CATERING SOLUTIONS LIMITED, Dave Chislett, DCIE & Tim Dodd, TDCM.
